Hi everyone! Does anyone know how to make my Leslie speaker (model 900) horn, rotate faster on chorale speed? Thanks very much for your replies, and happy holidays.

The motor pulley has three different diameters. The factory setting is the middle location. Drop it down to go faster and push it up to go slower. The ratio between fast and slow is a factor of about 10. That ratio is not adjustable on stock motors. Some of the two speed conversions that make two speeds out of single speed motors have separate adjustments for the two speeds.</p>
