I have some shows lined up on some Ski Resorts outside. Yes outside on a mountian in upstate NY. uuughh. Im assuming that they will have a generator for power...What do I need for my Hammond M3 to assure I stay in tune and not damage power supply,Amp,ect. </P>

Trekii has a unit (SC-60-D-2)(price about $450.00) for keeping it in tune otherwise you will have to make sure the generator runs exactly at 60hz and doesn't waver. Easier said than done.
Hammonds: A; AB; B3; D; E; 6-M3's; 2-A100; T582C.
Leslies: 3-31H; 21H, 22H, 4-44W; 46W; 25; 47; 45; 125; 50C; 51; 55C; 2-120; 122; 122A; 145; 147; 245; 770; 825; 2-102; 2-103; 300.
Wicks 2/5 pipe organ; Yamaha upright; Kurzweil Micro Piano & Micro B with M-Audio Oxygen 61; Yamaha DGX520; Wurlitzer 4100 (it came with a Leslie!). Peavey KB100 keyboard amp. Peavey Bass Guitar. Yes, I have A. D. (acquisition disorder) and don't want it cured.
There are Generators and then there are generators. If they have you hooked up to a small portable and not the main house power at the resort I would say your goose is cooked. Better take a synth. The main power house at the ski resort my son worked at consisted of 12 V-12 turbocharged Caterpiller diesel generators running at precisely 1800. They had speed regulation and syncronization of each unit set to utilities standards. As a matter of fact, they were regulated by by the California Public Utilities Commision. Just as good as house power at home. This is necessary because of all the three phase induction motors running equipment on the slope. If you are on the deck at the base lodge you should be able to get pretty good power. Even if they stick you at the top of the mountain (brrrr)there is power in the upper winch house. </P>
Portable generators on the other hand are frequently alternators with a butt ugly output waveform. There will be audible buzz on the audio not to mention frequency problems. You can take a triplet surge supressor perhaps to help but my personal experience with these is that they don't clean up the wave form or deal with frequency. They stabilize the voltage to some extent. A 1KW ups like the ones used for computer systems may help. Can you rent one? </P>
