  • Leslie 145 & 147

Hello all I hope everyone is doing well. I found a nice pair today and bought them both for 900.00 I bought a leslie 145 and 147. I want to hook the 145 to my hammond a100. I called my tech and he said that he has already wired my organ for a leslie 147 and the 145 will work with a 5-6 [in cable. My question is that there is no kit inside the organ. He said all he will do is connect the tremelo chorale switch up and connect the organ and leslie with a 5-6 cable. Is this possible? Could i do that my self?

That was a great purchase! My kind of deal, which is why I have too many now.

Normally you need a 6-6 cable for the 147 types unless there has been a slight change in wiring. The 5-6 cable is usually for 122 types used for omitting the B+ signal.</p>

There is really no need for a 'kit' unless you want to hook up MEE system. It's pretty simple depending on your capability.
