• Hammond Co. Publications Available At Internet Archive

Lots of interesting stuff available at the following address. May I suggest that others contribute scans they may be hoarding on their hard drives to archive.org? Documents from other organ manufacturers would be great additions, as well.

Re: Hammond Co. Publications Available At Internet Archive

I put it there along with along with all the other Hammond stuff I've scanned myself and/or collected from other sources. All of these documents need to be preserved in some form or other and made available for public use. I've worn out one scanner already and still have a long way to go. Again, I exhort anyone else who may have scans of brochures, manuals or any other documents from Hammond or ANY OTHER organ manufacturer to add to this public collection. Archive.org is an amazing site, worth exploring for topics other than organ.

          Thanks again BT!

I 've found this site in the past amazing for archived live recordings too, the first I found there was a St Patrick's Day Recording by the Big Organ Trio. It was fantastic!

Thanks to you also. I found a 30 second clip of "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" by Bob Thorp played on a Hammond. I love this as I am a big fan of baseball. God Bless Curley

Like organs, I guess they don't make scanners like they used to. My eleven year old (which is vintage in the scanner world) 1200dpi scanner is still going strong, although it's on its third computer now.
