Key not working on Aurora classic -broken leaf spring on key and no sound when pressing the key

  • Key not working on Aurora classic -broken leaf spring on key and no sound when pressing the key

    How can I access upper keyboard to replace thin blade spring on one of the keys .Is it possible access it via removing the panel under the front of the keyboards.It appears impossible from the rear panel.

      I worked on an Aurora a little over a year ago and it was not hinged. Took alot of maneuvering the release the keyboard chassis from the frame and one had to be careful to block up supports for the tiers once loosened. I lost a reverb connection during the move and never found the right location to put if back, so you might want to do some labeling before wires begin to stress and connectors release.
