  • The FURBY Organ

Who said they weren't making new organs?

    Here is the FURBY Organ

    https://youtu.be/GYLBjScgb7o

"44 Free range, home-grown little FURBY darlings that have been extensively modified using the fully patent void formant Furby fusion synthesis brain modification surgery procedure along with a beautiful oak finish that wouldn't look out of place in your Grandma's living room"

I wasn't sure if this should go under Home, Classical or Virtual Organs

Actually it should go in the thread, "Are new types of pipe stops/ranks invented anymore?" since those Furbies have quite a collective set of pipes!

Thanks for posting, I just about fell out of my chair laughing!

It's actually quite an amazing contraption since there are two Arduino processors for each Furby. You can watch part of his construction process in another video:

You have to admit that this kid is certainly inventive. And, to pick up from another current thread, it's fully polyphonic!

Good laugh! I think the 16' Furbies could be a tad intimidating, but you could parry them off with a 16' Tuba! :)
It's not what you play. It's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.
