The master volume control on my Roland AT80s has failed. It does not alter the volume as set by the expression pedal which works normally. I have posted this before but unfortunately, no one responded. I understand that the master volume control is in the pre-amp section and the expression pedal is in the main amp circuitry. My questions are: 1. Has any other Roland lover experienced this problem and was there a fix. 2. Can anyone help with a procedure on how to lift the keyboards to gain access to the underside of the panel carrying the master volume slider control (lowest left side cheek) and 3. How where can I locate the preamplifier circuit board.
Any help would be very much appreciated. There have been other threads discussing this problem on the Forum but nothing really specific
