Yamaha HX 1 Disc

Does anyone know where I can purchase a registration disc for my HX 1? I can use other discs but the registration disc will not load.

just write these image files to 720KB floppies.

Thank you for your help. My problem now is I have no way download or to create a Midi disc? I would be more than happy to pay for that service if I knew where to go?
