Hello folks,
Only posted once before and that was to introduce myself! at that time I mentioned that I was seriously considering trading in my keyboard and speaker system for a Roland AT 800 with platinum update I have a question that I think I know the answer to! but to make sure could I ask members is there any difference between the AT800C and the AT800 other than the cabinet forgive me as this would probably seem a stupid question to some but I need to get this exchange right finances would not allow another exchange.

I presume that you mean an AT900C. The AT900C is "portable" so looks different. With a platinum update I think the voices etc should be the same but in the base versions the 900C probably had a couple of extra voices.

There isn’t an AT800C. Your question seems eminently sensible to me. If you go to www.dtkm.org.uk/atelierbrochure.pdf and scroll down several pages you will find a table in which you can compare the relative features of the AT900, AT900C and AT800 models (before Platinum update presumably), as well as the rest of the Atelier range.

Thank you KRG and Roger for your response it is appreciated, the seller says that they are 800 models so some mix up somewhere! I will get back to them and try to clarify.
