  • Logan 500 organ is rebranded Pari tonwheel organ?

I saw on e-bay Logan 500 tonewheel organ.
It's tone generator looks to me as Pari tonewheel generator.
This is rebranded Pari organ, or build it from Pari parts?

Interesting find! Certainly looks like Pari internals. I'll ask my tame expert on Italian organs.
It's not what you play. It's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.

My friend who knows his Italian Jobs inside out tells me that one of the people in Logan did tell him that Logan would have a tonewheel organ in the range. This was at the Frankfurt Musikmesse around 1976.

Logan were well known for collaboration with other European manufacturers and did produce low-end models for more than one American manufacturer too!

So this organ would seem to be a collaboration between the original Pari company and Logan. It's a rare one, even my knowledgeable friend says he's never seen one in the flesh. And he's seen just about everything! :)
