Hey y'all, I'm new to the forum here. I've converted three lowrey teenie genies to be portable organs for playing gigs and touring. They have been my main instrument in a post punk band called healers for about seven years. I was able to cut the drum machine and bass circuit out of the smaller wooden one shown above so that it is lighter and easier to take on tour. I love the way these things sound but unfortunately two of my power supplies have died over the years. The power supply on the smaller one is still good so I have been swapping it between the bigger one shown below for playing in another project that requires the drum machine/bass keys .

These things get played a lot so I imagine a dying power supply is the result of the caps going bad? The sound is noticeably distorted regardless of which organ the power supply is hooked up to so I'm scared it is on the way out as well. I've been researching re capping the power supply in an attempt to lengthen its lifespan but am a little confused as to how to go about it. There is so much information out there that it is pretty confusing. Here is what I'm working with, any help is appreciated.

Pictured above on the amp board there is a 1uf 25 non polarized cap, a 15uf 6v non polarized cap and a 6uf 20v polarized cap

I'm having a hard time finding a replacement for the 15uf 6v bipolar cap. my understating is that I can use a cap of higher voltage and it will be ok? Is there limit to how high?

Near the diodes to the right of the amp board there is that giant 450uf 30v non polarized cap, I have no idea where to find one of these!

Lastly there are these big ol cans. These ones pictured are from my dead power supply, I opened them up thinking there would be multiple caps in there (don't worry I discharged everything before messing around in here) I have no idea if these should be replaced or if they are prone to failure.

Sorry for the picture heavy post, I'm a visual learner! I know folks aren't a big fan of the Teenie Genie but at this point I've got two albums recorded with these things so I'm pretty committed to the model. I'm currently cruising craigslist for a donor organ to take a power supply from but any advice for keeping them alive is much appreciated! Thanks, I'm glad this forum is here!
