  • Hidden button on Orla?

    Hi everyone,

Do any Orla users here know what the largish round button does which is hidden in a round cutout on the underside of the manuals? This is for Compact Theatre but I guess it may be on other GT related organs... Doesn't seem to be any mention in the user guide.

    Many thanks,
    Nick

    Reset?

If it's a red button, it may operate the ejector bench! :)
It's not what you play. It's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.

Haha! Something amusing like that did cross my mind... It did remind me of those click buttons under the desk in banks for when there is trouble... Perhaps in this case for the organist to call for police in case of an unruly audience.
I had ruled out reset since that is supposed to be a control panel function!

I don't want to press it in case it does do odd things though...
I will try to take a picture - will check again but it did seem unlabelled.

Turns out the hidden button is a reset for the floppy drive! Guessing it could lock up enough necessitating a button...
