    <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Iam in the process of restoring a Lowrey H25R-2. I have to replace about a dozen upper manual sustain capacitors. The original electrolytic cap has 2 different values printed on it: 9uF-20V NP and 90uF-20V NP. The local parts supplier is a little confused and can not help me. There are another 2 numbers printed on the cap case: 1068-6949 and P-4095. What can I use as a substitute???</SPAN></P>

The original electrolytic cap has a value of 40uF 20V NP. All I could get was a physically much smaller unit with a value of 47uF 25V NP. It appears to work OK. I hope I have done the right thing.</SPAN></P>
