I have sold my Roland 900P. I am based in Phoenix and the buyer is in Michigan we have both tried to get someone to move the organ. I have put an ad on Uship. Anyone know of a company we can call?.. even just looking for two guys and a van. I have had organs moved before and never had a problem. Last time it was being moved to Philadelphia and ended up costing about $1000. My buyer is willing to go higher than that.
Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated
Thank you guys!
Chris

I have used Plycon for shipping large church organs and have gotten good service from them. See: https://plycongroup.com/ Use the "furniture" online quote request.
They do some consolidation, so it sometimes takes a while to get delivery, but, if I remember right, pickup is within one month and delivery is then up to an additional month, but they'll give you details. The are very reliable.
Good luck with that, Chris. I purchased an organ near you, and it sat on *ship for over 2 months with no bites. For some strange reason, no one wants to pick up in Phoenix! Then the fellow who was supposed to pick it up led me on for approximately 4 months before I finally picked it up myself. He called the afternoon I picked it up, and said he was in the area and could pick it up the next day. Perfect timing! Maybe I should have let him!X-(
Meanwhile, search the Forum for posts on shipping organs or organ shipping. You'll find several sources recommended-including my missing transporter.

Way too many organs to list, but I do have 5 Allens:

Hi, Sorry to be late to this party, but I have used PropPianoMovers.com twice in the past. Once for a Roland AT90sl and one for Electone ELX-1. They're not cheap, but usually cheaper than what I've found in the Phoenix,AZ area. They cover the nation and organize pick-ups and drop-offs as they set up routes so they can move as many as need moving at that time. They did some pretty scary moves (one using a crane) according to their website. They work with the sellers and buyers in setting up dates and times. They were very professional and friendly and my rigs arrived unscathed.
Update on Pro Piano Movers: Filled out an online form last weekend with ProPianoMovers.com for a possible Missouri to California move. Didn't get a response so called today. The man said they only do 5 western states and don't go farther.
