That's the way to avoid a "whiter shade of pale."

At least they were smart enough to use some old piece of junk organ. Looks like they rescued it from a dumpster. Can you imagine the outcry if they'd hauled a fine B3 out in the middle of a field in knee-high weeds?John

"Junk" is harsh. For what it's worth they were a pretty reasonable entry level organ back in the day, as I recall. I bet there are many British and European players who started out on one of those.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, of course! Over on your side of the pond, you had better entry level organs than we did. I don't actually recognize that one or connect it with anything we had over here in the US. But we had plenty of terrible cheap Thomas and Kimball organs that looked about like that, at least in a general way. That one appears to have some serious controls and sliders and such. A super cheap Thomas back in the 70's over here might have had 3 stops on the lower manual and six on the upper and just one for the pedal.

The cabinet reminds a bit of the Hammond T-2XX series but the rest looks more like a Baldwin... ,
And I did notice the absence of Seamaster's usual remedy for old or redundant or worthless organs... wonder why ;-)
Nico"Don't make war, make music!" Hammonds, Lowreys, Yamaha's, Gulbransens, Baldwin, Technics, Johannus. Reed organs. Details on request... B-)
