I hope someone here can help me.

I have a Lowery organ. I've looked online and found photos of it that say it's a Berkshire/Model S from the mid-1950's. It has 2 keyboards, 32 stops, and 13 pedals. It looks like it has the original grills. I think it's a tube organ. The physical condition is very good.

My problem is that it was damaged when my family room flooded a couple weeks ago. It sat in water for 4 or 5 days while a cleaning company cleaned the mess, ripped out the carpet, and dried out the room with fans and dehumidifiers. It used to play perfectly well but now it makes a loud humming noise (like someone is holding down several keys), even though everything is off. You can play notes, but the humming noise overwhelms the music. My insurance company is asking me to find out (a) what it's worth, (b) how much it would cost to repair, and (c) would it be worth repairing. I live in southern NYS (outside the City) and haven't found anyone yet who even deals with organs this old, so I tend to think it can't be worth much. I'm sure it's going to cost me more to have the behemoth removed thanI'll get from the insurance company, but right now I have no idea what to tell them. Can you help me answer any of their questions or direct me to someone who can?
