    Unsold in the end. Hard to say what they should ask for it these days. I was offered on last year for £50. Next time one comes up near me, I may 'bite'.</p>

    And, overall, a sad reflection of the sorry state that the global used home organ market is in.[:(]

      The market seems erratic in Oz. Some go for way over what I'd expect while others don't sell at any price. I don't recall seeing an SR for sale but I'm still kicking myself for not picking up a DX1900 for $250 last year. There might be a long wait for another one to turn up.

        A gross generalization, I know, but the only things that sell on ebay are Hammonds and Electones.

          Check this out - this morning someone paid just over AUD$9K for a very grotty looking B3 complete without Leslie &amp; bench, even the music rest ain't original.</P>

                  We've missed the boat now, as most of them ended up in landfill, but there was a fortune waiting to be made by anyone with a strong back, a big van and a warehouse going around buying up all the unused Hammond C3s in the clubs of North-East England. I remember when you couldn't give a C3 away. Now even knackered ones change hands for £2K on the 'Bay.
