    Leslie 122 popping/cracking on mid-low notes

    Need some advice- Leslie 122 pops/crackles when playing mid to low notes, including lower pedals... starting at 50-60% volume. I dont know much about maintenance on an organ/leslie. I had a guy come look at it twice already, and the problem is still happening. It gets better after he does whatever to it then it gradually goes back to crackling/popping. Anyways, it’s noticable in the church..

    Sounds like a lose connection somewhere in the amp. I had that issue as well.. Took some time to find as I needed to resolder several joints to find the issue.
    I rebuild Hammonds and Leslies. Please visit my website. tbstonewheels.com It's still in the works but is up and running. My personal setup is a Model A # 2203 with Trek II percussion, 122RV and 2 31h's. One is fitted with two speed motors and the other a Hamptone. Also sporting a working Vibratone 30A # 326.
