  • Leslie 860 braking on fast switch

    Hey guys!

I went out on a gig the other day and plugged in the Leslie as I set up and when I switched it to fast, it slowed to a halt. The regular brake function and slow function work as usual.

I opened up the combo preamp, and nothing looks outright wrong with it. Everything looks connected. On the Leslie itself, One of the pins on the connector is a little bent, but it's been like that for a long time and hasn't given me any trouble.

What would normally cause a Leslie to brake on fast? Everything else seems completely fine.

Any insight would be of help, hoping to fix it myself if possible.

    Thanks!
