  • Source for Replacement Leslie 'Fast' Motor Thrust Washers?

I have a 142 bass rotor fast motor that is dragging. It appears that one or more of the various internal bottom-end thrust washers are missing, allowing the slow drive wheel to fall against some screw heads, preventing proper operation. Is there a source for these little washers? From the manual it appears they are made from several different materials and stacked in a particular order.
    Thanks to All!

Tim Warneck's company Retrolinear is the ONLY place I know of that makes replacement shim kits that fit properly. It's a non-standard washer size. Tim started having them made after, like me, he looked around and found nothing that worked. I scoured McMaster Carr's offerings, and nothing is exactly right. Tim's fit perfectly. Tell him I sent you.

Plus 1. Tim's kits are the best.

I ordered two sets. The next thing I need are the rubber washers that go between the underside of the horn bearing plate and the top of the V21 driver. It seems when these washers disintegrate, Leslies don't sound so great 8)

I've seen them come unglued, but I don't think I've ever seen one disintegrate. As Dave says, Tonewheel General has them.
