    ...and what was in the chassis at the blue question mark? This was a 122 conversion.

    It looks like a complete painting and rebuild. Depending on the era there would be a vertical resistor mounted where you have added the blue question mark.

        Correct. The cathode resistor is on the other side of the amp. I don't know why the hole in front of the 0C3 is present, and I've seen a lot of Leslie amps, including oddballs like the 258. It doesn't seem to be a 251 missing its second OT.

          This looks exactly like a 147/122 chassis EXCEPT the extra hole, which looks like it was a tube socket that was added at some point. It would be interesting to see the underside of the chassis.

          I had a chassis recently that originally had a diode rectifier board and with a transformer replacement a socket for a rectifier tube had been added to the chassis.
