  • Manuals for 3 manual Theater Deluxe - 1967

Gentlemen, I owned the subject organ in 2009 or so. It is pictured in my avatar. I sold it to an organist that planned to strip it for a Hauptwerk project, which he completed, so I retained the manuals. I have pdf copies of them all. The titles are:

Service Manual - Analog Pre-Training Primer
Service Manual - Analog Service Cover
Service Manual - Analog Service - Pages 1-51
Service Manual - Analog Service = Pages 52-101
Service Manual - Devtronic Audio Vibrato Tremolo Board
    Service Manual - Systems
    Service Manual - T50 & T20 Amplifiers

I think that the cover file is JUST the cover. I think that I may still have the Devtronic Audio Vibrato board.

Now the problem. When I tried to create a folder for these, it appears to exist but I cannot locate it under service manuals, which is where I believe that it needs to be. It requires that I upload one file at a time, which is fine. However, when I try, I get the message "folder does not exist or you do not have permission". In short, I need some simple instructions how to upload these files. And then any or all may have use of them.

I was able to fit them all into a single e-mail to send to my office. If this doesn't work out, or someone wants them quickly, PM me an e-mail address and I'll send them directly.

***Now the problem. When I tried to create a folder for these, it appears to exist***

If I read your post correctly, you are trying to upload files you have to the OrganForum server ... why do you want to, or need to "create a folder"?

***but I cannot locate it under service manuals, which is where I believe that it needs to be.***

Perhaps, but, if it is not there then you have to SEARCH for it with the search function built into your operating system.

***It requires that I upload one file at a time, which is fine. However, when I try, I get the message "folder does not exist or you do not have permission". ***

Yours is a computer issue, details of your computer are necessary. Ideally the person(s) to help you will be someone physically close to you: a friend, co-worker, family member.

***In short, I need some simple instructions how to upload these files. ***

Simple instructions are not possible because your situation is not straightforward. Again, I suggest you solicit the help of someone who can actually get their hands on your computer and upload the files for you.

I used to work in a Desktop Support capacity. Users never liked this kind of answer to their questions. You will probably find my response unhelpful but it actually is well meant. It will take almost no time at all for the right person to get this solved. Good luck.

I was successful today in loading the six files. The problem there was that I had failed to select an album. The problem that remains, IMO, is that I suspect that I am the only one that can see them and since I own them, that is of fairly low value to the forum. They may be awaiting Admin approval. When approved, I would like them to appear with the other seven service manual albums in Service/User Manuals and Schematics, but I'll leave that up to the Admin.

My three ATs floppy discs, to this day, are downloaded almost weekly from my Box site. I would also be happy to put THEM onto this forum. Box may go away, one day, after all. I may attempt that next.
