I need some assistance connecting my bass pedals to the console. I am using wood shims to raise and lower the pedals but have not gotten the to work!? What am I doing wrong?? Kenny

Shims?? In the front or back? The front hooks on to the console and that determines alignment for the magnets. I think the back my have adjustable feet. (or is that Allen only?) I think shims in front is asking for trouble.

Is the instrument on really thick padded carpet? The pedals may not be dropping into place, requiring the console to be shimmed up with some Masonite strips.
