Special concerts and displays in the Grand Court are combined with tours of the cavernous pipe chambers and video presentations between events! 10 am: Opening Concert with special guest artist Colin Howland, a former assistant Wanamaker Organist who is one of
the most electrifying virtuosos performing today!
11:30 am: Peter Richard Conte rattles the rafters with his latest masterworks in stunning arrangements!
2:30 pm: By popular demand: Nick Bowden makes the Wanamaker Organ sizzle in a tuneful Revue of lyrical pops favorites and light airs!
5 pm: Closing Concert with the comic antics of the Philadelphia Organ Quartet: Peter Richard Conte, Colin Howland, Rudy Lucente and Michael Stairs. Here the Mighty Wanamaker combine forces with three state-of-the-art Allen digital instruments—a stunning sonic spectacular! Crystal in the proverbial china department will shatter as the Theme from E.T. soars on 700 stops!
