Can't post

I have just joined the forum and have registered. I have tried to post twice but no luck. When I hit the submit button it seems as if nothing happens.
What could be the problem?

I have sometimes experienced what appears to be a non-response like you described, yet my post has been written. It doesn't happen often, though.
