Page is asking you to leave

Hi, Admin,

For the last month or so, I've been seeing a message similar to this when entering text in quick reply and in the advanced editor.

"This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave. Data you have entered will not be saved. [Leave Page] [Stay on Page]" and then I have to click on "Stay on Page."

I am not sure that it may be related to Autosave, but I haven't identified anything in particular that I'm doing to trigger it. Seems to happen every few minutes. I don't want to leave the page, of course. There's nowhere else on the net I'd rather be. :)

The message is displayed when you have entered data into an editor and attempt to navigate away from the page without first either saving or canceling your entry.

So, if you're not hitting your browser's back button, clicking a link, or doing something else that would navigate away from the current page, something strange is going on.

Are you using an ad-blocker?
Does the problem occur 100% of the time?
What browser and operating system are you using?

Perhaps you could click Leave next time this occurs and see where it takes you?

Thanks - that's what I figured it meant, but I'm not knowingly doing anything to cause it. I have an ad blocker, but it's turned off for organforum.com. The problem does not occur 100% of the time, but it's been more frequent lately. (I may be spending more time editing, editing, too.) Windows 10, Firefox 61.x.

Great idea - I never questioned WHERE it wanted me to leave TO. I'll try that.
