Is it just me? I seem to be having REPLY problems and am being required to go through additional steps instead of simply clicking REPLY and then typing my message and clicking POST.

I may be alone; but I prefer KISS (SIGH!).

Whatever . . .

EDIT: The problem appears to have corrected itself five hours later; hope it does not return. Thank you!

There have been no changes to the forum software for over a year, so I know of nothing on our side that would account for a different behavior.

In the future it would help to be a bit more specific as to what you are experiencing. For example, what were the additional steps you were being required to go through? Screenshots are often helpful in tracking downproblems. Finally, browser and operating system need to be conveyed as well.

Okay, thank you! All I can tell you at this point is that a menu popped up offering me several choices regarding my reply. It was almost as though I hit some "magic link" that I did not know was there.

I also have had occasional Reply problems recently. After clicking "Reply", the resulting page is slow to load and will not finish correctly. The buttons above the reply space don't load correctly and the reply space itself finally displays a black background with a fuzzy Microsoft or Windows logo. No text can be typed in the reply area at all. Other pages display fine, but it's just "Reply" that occasionally gives me problems, the corrects itself in a day or so, it seems. I'm running XP and IE.
