My son found a 4140 on the curb, and it works(ish). Most of the switches do something (I have no idea if they do the right thing). The exceptions are the "Diapason", "String", "Oboe", & "Trumpet" stops.
We tested for continuity in the switches in both the on & off states and they check just fine. Does anyone know where these signals go next?
