Picked up a Yamaha Electone B6 - 1966 I think. Wondering what other organ brands or models would have similar transistors? Don't want to replace with silicon ones if I can help it.

I'm not sure what transistors are used in the Electone, but some older instruments used germanium transistors, and you cannot replace those with silicon devices in most cases (it will work for simple switching sometimes, but for analog circuits the differences in Vbe, Beta values, etc. are going to result in broken circuits (or worse). That's why you generally won't find a "germanium - to - silicon" transistor cross-reference list.
