    I have made mine using metal from Lowe's and used a mig welder to assemble. Might check around for a welding shop to see if they will make you a set.

    Organ Supply Industries makes these, but only sells to pipe organ manufacturers and service people. If you call you might get them to sell to you, Make sure you call rather than email.

    Peterson Electro Musical products might also make something suitable, and would likely sell to an individual.

    I would imagine standard L-brackets could be purchased at any big box store and provide what you need. Make sure they are rated for the weight of your chime unit, and that the wall will support the weight-make sure you connect to the studs behind the (presumed) sheetrock.
