  • Baldwin studio II fantomfingers potentiometer replacement

    Damaged potentiometerHi there,
I recently purchased a working Baldwin electronic organ in working condition. A key was out of place so I tried to gently tune it. The cylinder part where I inserted my Allen wrench seems to have shaken loose a piece inside. Here are some pictures of the one that seems to be broken and a neighboring one.

where would be a place to find a replacement?

Please let me know. Thank you.

Never use an allen wrench for tuning coils. They make plastic hex tools just for this purpose. Any metal will affect the tuning anyway so as you remove it the tuning goes way off again. Also, you can break the tuning slug which is a very soft metal. Do you have a picture of the whole board? Or, any numbers on the tuning can? I have some parts...
