elka x 605 power supply seems ok! I have schematics! It's still not working!

in case anyone is taking an interest, I bought the schematics and have tested the PSU and it seems to produce the right voltages -27volts and plus minus 12 volts. Have looked at all of the plug in circuits. There seems to be some damage to the brass board in that some of the capacitors have cracked surfaces. They are the bumble bee type ones. Would such a problem cause the whole organ to fail? Or should I be looking for something I have missed with PSU? The main oscillator./divider board is recieving the correct voltages to the chips.</p>
