Thank you for sharing yet another organ with us! Hook & Hastings really knew how to build small organs with large possibilities. I played one for 2-3 years, and it was such a nice instrument to play. It is unfortunate they replaced the 8' Dulciana with an 8' Oboe, but I think I understand with that small a stoplist.

I always enjoy your posts of these fine pipe organs. Thank you so much for documenting them digitally and providing us an insight into the history of the instrument!

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit Hampstead Congregational Church in Hampstead, NH which is home to Hook & Hastings Opus 1901. Built in 1901, this 7 rank all mechanical action organ is mostly original except a few ranks:
