Does anyone know what the stoplist is for an ADC-6000? Also, is it stop tab or drawknob? Also, how many channels is it? I saw some documents which say it is 6 channels with two triple amps, but want to make sure the amps are internal rather than external.

I have been given[:)] an ADC-6000 for professional use, and will be traveling approximately 2,000 miles to pick it up in a couple of weeks.[:D] Want to make sure I have the right-sized U-Haul.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me.

Way too many organs to list, but I do have 5 Allens:
If you visit the Allen company website and register as an Allen owner there is access to many of the owner's manuals in PDF and you might be able to download all the information you'll need. You are a saint to travel that far to save an organ. Have a happy (and safe)trip and enjoy your new Allen!
I visited the site to check my information. There are two links for non current models. The first link for model not shown here brings an older list and you are correct, the ADC isn't on that list. However, below the list is another model not found link that allows Allen owners to request other models. Have you tried that request link? Another internet search told me that the ADC 6000 is a 3 manual stop knob organ. It was a used organ site and I couldn't tell if the associated photo was accurate, but if so you are getting one fine organ!
It has been a long time, but if my memory serves me correctly that organ has six channels, two for Great-Pedal, two for Choir, and two for Swell. The amps are mounted inside the console, which is a fairly large console., but of course the speakers are external. The organ came in both stoptab and drawknob versions, with the drawknob console being larger.

It was a nice organ in its day, and, properly adjusted, would still give a good account of itself. If it was given to you, you are one blessed fellow.

My home organ is a Theatre III with an MDS II MIDI Expander.
I also have an MDC 10 Theatre spinet.
The info from m&m's is correct, it was offered in both stoptab and drawknob models. However, there are seven (7) audio channels rather than 6. Two for swell, two for choir, and three for the great/pedal. Many ADC6000's also have an eighth channel which isa separate sub-woofer channel, having a crossover inserted into the channel with the 32' pedal stops, directing the lowest frequencies into the sub.

Email me privately and I'llsend you a pdf of the console and, if I have it, a stoplist or at least a drawing of the knob layout.

John, I wasn't sure about the channels-it has been a long time since I saw the literature on that particular model. If I remember also, that was a rare model for Allen, in that it did not have a celeste on the Great. The Great was somewhat smaller than usual for Allen (but made more sense to those who were used to three manual pipe organs, of which very, if any,few had celestes on the Great). If I had been able to come up with the money, Iwould have liked to bought one for myself when they came out.
