CV organs do not have a chorus generator. “Is it worth it” is a question impossible to answer without knowing your locale.
Even if both work, be prepared to spend some $$ to service the Leslie and the organ. Never assume it’s been serviced, and have a tech look it over.
The Leslie is most assuredly worth more than the organ. I can tell you that a complete and serviced 142 or 145 in this area will go for close to that price alone.

If I had $1350 to spend, I'd buy an A100. Be patient, it will happen. Take my word, I've only been bitten since March and things just fall in my lap now! It's crazy.BCV, C2, M3, C3
HR40, 142, 760, 771
Once upon a time I was a musician, now I just collect Hammonds!:->

I live in Nashville and this is probably the cheapest organ combo for sale there was an a102 console with no Leslie for about 2400 and there’s a lot of b3’s with 122’s or 147’s around here for sale but I can’t afford it right now because school will start back soon and I can only work so many hours a week according to law and I’m playing sports also I’m not a fan of 147’s I like the delay in ramp time and the delay of the lower rotors respond time in the 122’s and 142’s

If you want it, make an offer to the seller, one YOU are comfortable with. Remember, you don’t know the true condition or history of the rig. To cover your bases, hire a tech to come with you to look it over and give a real idea of condition. It’s worth the cost. Nashville has a number of talented techs you can call.
Remember that the organ is 70 years old, and the Leslie anywhere from 30 to 50+ years old. Not all electronic components in the amp will make it that long. Even if it’s in perfect operating order and has recently been serviced, you will need to do a lot of regular maintenance to the organ and Leslie, (I.e oiling motors, replacing worn parts, checking the operating condition of the organ preamp, shift bus bars, etc..). If you do not want to spend copious amounts of time learning how to do this type of work yourself, you should hire a tech to do this type of routeine maintenance.
