The short answer is 'a tiny fraction of what it cost your Dad'. I've seen dealers in the USA asking around $3000 but that's probably very optimistic. There's one in the UK for less than £2K, again from a dealer. Private sales would be at much lower prices. I've heard of these selling for just a few hundred dollars. Location is important, which is why we ask people to include it when asking. If you're anywhere near the 'organ central' locations like Chicago, Florida and California in the USA, that will have an adverse effect on values. Not so much of an issue in the UK. Condition is important, too. Is it working 100%, as this model is no longer fully supported for parts. If a custom part fails in any organ of that era and it's no longer available, that's it. You have a boat anchor and that's a major reason for low values.
Advertise locally. The market for these organs is tiny and there are lots out there. No-one will travel far to get it or want to ship it far. Ebay might be a good alternative. You could use ebay as a guide for prices but do NOT look at the asking prices! Look at 'completed listings', ignoring any at higher values than those I've mentioned. There's a lot of 'shilling' and underhand practices going on, as always. It's not what you play. It's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.
