A100 in “mint” condition, same family since new - value?

I am considering this A100 locally. Grandmother to mother to granddaughter organ, mint condition, lightly used, rarely moved. Thoughts on value/price?

It totally depends on your local market. In my case in Houston, I'm selling a Hammond A-102 for $1500.00. I consider that about average. However, it's been fully serviced and fuses added to all three chassis.

The Leslie kit depends on the Leslie model you use. Some kits are nothing more than a switch and some wire like for a Leslie 147. Others are more complicated like for a Leslie 122. Another Leslie that works well with this organ is the 251. That one has a different kit as well.
Switches tend to run around $75 to $100 used online. Full factory made kits can run $300 or more.

Thanks - is it difficult to get the Leslie switch installed and the speaker going? I have no ability to do this at all but I suppose I would need to get someone who knows how?
