Terms & Conditions
The Classified Forums are for individuals selling and buying organs and organ related items. By posting a Classified Ad on our site, you agree that:

• You are the owner of the product, or you have legal permission to sell it.
• The information in the ad is accurate and truthful.
• The product is ready for shipping or pickup after payment.
• Sellers must be private parties. Dealers interested in using the Classifieds should contact the Organ Forum for display advertising rates.
• The Organ Forum assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in ads appearing in the Classifieds.
• All Classifieds transactions are solely between buyer and seller. The Organ Forum is not party to any transaction.
• The Organ Forum has total discretion regarding the suitability, appearance and duration of ads appearing in the Classified Section.

General Information

• The Organ Forum Classifieds are viewable by all visitors, both members and non-members.
• Only members of the Organ Forum may place ads in the Classifieds
• The Classifieds are for the exclusive use of individual parties.
• Dealers, vendors, and other businesses may not place ads related to their core business in the Forum Classifieds.
• All Classifieds are subject to a Moderator's approval prior to being visible on the forum. Approval usually occurs within 24 hours but is subject Moderator availability.
• Response to ads in the Classifieds must be via the Organ Forum's Private Messaging system which requires a Forum membership.
• You may NOT include contact information in your ad for reasons of personal security.
• Posts replying to threads in the Classifieds are not possible or permitted.
• By using the Organ Forum's Classifieds you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the Organ Forum Classifieds Terms & Conditions stated above

You must include the following information in your Classified in order for it to be approved by Moderator

• Country and State, Province, or Region location of the item

Your Classified will NOT be approved if it contains

• An email address
• A telephone number
• A street address
