Hello everyone. I'm looking for a service manual or set of schematics for a Conn Rapsody 627 organ. I've replaced the faulty electrolytics in the power supply and that fixed the hum. There is a rasping sound when any note is played except for the flutes which play cleanly. I suspect the problem is in the keyers. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you read through the many threads on the subject of keying issues with Conns, in particular the vinyl keying rods? Worth a quick look through Home Organs and Electronic Organ Repairs.It's not what you play. It's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.
