Local Church has one one these with intermittent key on top manual and slightly noisy amplifiers.
Have been asked to repair it but I have no documentation on the organ.
A couple of questions if no one can supply the service manual:
a) How does one remove the top cover - I can see the bolts on the rear once the rear panel is removed, but there's some screws securing the front of the top panel and I don't know where to gain access to them.
b) Are the key switches raw contact wires in a contact block or elastomeric pad groups on a printed circuit board? I suspect that it would be the latter but can't yet get in there to see. The contacts are obviously dirty on the offending key since pushing it hard and wobbling the key from side to side does play notes, albeit somewhat intermittently.
Any sensible suggestions gratefully received.
