HELP!!! Need sheet music for a song

Can somebody please help me!!!!
I am trying to get the music for
the Song "Elizabethan Serenade" by Binge
I have tried Sheet Music Plus, Music Notes ETC.
All they can come up with is the sheet music
that is not showing the chords.
I have spent lots of money downloading this stuff
then to find they are not showing the chords.
I have gotten lots of easy piano sheet music from these people
before and have spent lots of money with them.
I just can't understand why I can't get this
particular song anywhere an it is so pretty.

I got Harlene hooked up with the music she was looking for. It is a actually a very pretty tune as an instrumental.

I first heard the tune back in the early 80s ( pretty sure ? ) as the tune the song "Only For You" was set to, on Louise Tucker's first album. That album is Midnight Blue, and the title song is set to the adagio of Beethoven's "Pathetique" sonata. They did a really hauntingly beautiful arrangement of both of those.

It is still an album that I listen to regularly, because it is one of those that makes me recall many good memories.
