      Might be an improvisation

Dying to know why it's of particular interest -- sounds like 'French classic' for sure, a genre containing hundreds or thousands of similar short movements by various composers. Won't be Couperin, prolly not Grigny.

I'd say an improvisation - a bit aimless.

Wouldn't that be funny if it turned out to be Frescobaldi or something and you panned it as ... aimless. Not judging, just observing that stranger things have happened.

Nice idea, indeed. But i'm rather sure it wil never turned out to be Fresco, nor any other Renaissance or Baroque composer (no, not even 'French Classic' as Victor suggested, because although its rhytm suggest something French Classic, but the harmony is definitely not 'old').

It would be very funny indeed! About 7 seconds in there is a chord progression that no competent Baroque composer would have written, an unprepared 2nd inversion later, not to mention the rambling harmony in the first section and the fairly silly 2nd section. I was being polite before.

There - I've stuck my neck out!

Oh dear, I thought It would be a joint work between bach, handel, buxtehude, lebegue, de grigny, frescobaldi, purcell and vivaldi

They must've collaborated via either video conference or e-mail chat.

A séance, if Frescobaldi had input!
