• Alfred Fedak's 'Lyric Suite'

I was wondering if anyone knows of any CD recordings of Lyric Suite by Alfred Fedak. I heard the second movement, 'Dialogue and Trumpet Tune', recently -- WOW! I'd like to hear the other 3 movements. Thanks.

There isn't currently any recording of Fedak's "Lyric Suite," but there will be next month. Selah Publishing Co. is recording it and many other Fedak compositions next week, played by Al Fedak on his recently restored Skinner organ at Westminster Presbyterian in Albany, N.Y. Selah will release the CD in early June, just in time for the AGO in Minneapolis.

It is a wonderful piece, and I've performed it several times in recital. Not too difficult, either.

    All the best,
