Jonathon Scott is famous for his organ arrangements and transcriptions and, IMO, this is his masterpiece ... the entire Fifth Symphony of Beethoven:

His transcription of Saint-Saens entire 3rd symphony is also astounding. I don't think it is as good as the above (just a piece that an organ alone has trouble faithfully recreating...), but to think of the work that went into creating it.
