250th Anniversary of Beethoven's birth

For anyone interested in commemorating the 250^th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth, I just discovered an organ transcription that Karg-Elert did of the Cavatine movement from Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 13, Op. 130. You can find the music on IMSLP.

I was not able to find a recording of the organ transcription, but here is the Guarneri Quartet playing this beautiful piece:
