  • PhotO Overture

    Dear all,

being only a chance guest here, i'm not quite sure whether this is the appropriate thread & forum (no time to go through all the FAQ but nevertheless, maybe one of you knows:

in the original london version of lloyd webber's overture to 'phantom of the opera,' there is an accompanying colorature in the pipe organ part, which does not appear on the publicly available piano score (hence piano score...) - is anyone familiar with the piece? any hints on notation would save time and efforts because its so fast i'm just not skilled enough to accurately reproduce it by ear...

thx in advance for any response,

    daniel

    Re: PhotO Overture

I figured it out once. After reading your post I went and tried to play it but I can't remember how it goes now. My music doesn't show it either. I'll let you know if I can do it again. Sorry.
