• Looking for sheet music: "Down The Mall" - John Belton

    Hello admins, members,

I wonder if anybody can point me in the right direction, I've searched the internet high and low in search of a piece of music by John Belton called "Down The Mall." - I heard the piece a few weeks ago, and have decided that I would like to learn it. Try as I might I can't locate a copy anywhere. Well, that's not strictly true, I have managed to find references to the piece on a couple of sites (not the type of sites you'd want to give your bank details to) so I'm hoping somebody here can help perhaps by way of a photocopy.

Thanks for taking time to read this.

    Best wishes,

    Tony R.

    Tony,

It appears he is a British composer ofBig Band music in the mid-1900s (1930s?). Also, John Belton appears to be anom-de-plume for Tony Lowry and/or Douglas Brownsmith.
