William McMains registration charts

I have obtained the first two volumes of William McMains’ »Vintage Theatre Styles«.
Unfortunately, the sheets with the registrations charts are missing in both books.

I would be grateful if somebody would be willing to help me with a photo or scan of these registration suggestions.

I have the books. My Book 1 has the registration printed before the music. Private Message me your e-mail, and I'll send you scans of the registration sheet for Book 2. I also have his book Console Up!. If you need the registration sheet for that, I can send it also.
