Long John Baldry passed away on July 21 2005.He would have been 80 today.Much loved by blues fans world wide we all miss him!
Twenty years ago today we celebrated his 60th at The Commodore Ballroom!Now THAT was a blues gig for the ages!
"Don't Try To Lay No Boogie Woogie On The King Of Rock-n-Roll" forever burned into my 'hard drive' LOL!
