    I remember a few exclusive solos, though Bob was just as likely to run for the piano when his turn came. He had several different Thomases, one was the "O" which had some ingenious adjustable mechanical pistons ABOVE the stopboard and a Glissando producing band between keyboards that Hammond borrowed on some of their later organs.

    The final and longest used was the "Lawrence Welk" model, a wierd 3 manual spinet, with marks on the 2 2/3' tibia of "CHAM" and on the 2' "PAGNE" so you could play "Bubbles in the Wine" just like the theme song.

    Thanks Lee! Roland AT 90 has "Bubble" as a preset and you can mimic the thomas sound and the entire song, it's great!! Check it out sometime.

          I did not start this thread, the initial post was apparently lost in the transfer. It was from someone reminissing about bob ralston. I anyone remembers more, jump in.</P>
